Words not only have meaning but they have power. When words are misused, misunderstood, twisted and weaponized to be used against us to take away or diminish our faith, traditions and culture you know that the master of deception is at work. Study the power of ‘The Word of God’
Let’s look at some research and facts.
A human being may be a creature of the Homo Sapiens genome living in any one of many possible states or conditions none of which would be categorized as a redeemed Christian soul imbued with the Holy Spirit. Therefore a true Christian does not want the label of ‘human being’ which could easily mischaracterize him or her.
In law, a ‘person’ is a corporation which is ‘dead’ and is a ‘fiction’. See here and below. Therefore living breathing Christians are not ‘persons’ as todays Babylon would have us believe. We have been tricked into adopting this word in customary usage and applying it to ourselves in order to get legal jurisdiction over us when none existed before. Babylonian laws apply to ‘persons’ not to ‘the men and women upon the land’.
15 U.S. Code § 7. “Person” or “persons” defined .
The word “person”, or “persons”, wherever used in sections 1 to 7 of this title shall be deemed to include corporations and associations existing under or authorized by the laws of either the United States, the laws of any of the Territories, the laws of any State, or the laws of any foreign country. (July 2, 1890, ch. 647, § 8, 26 Stat. 210.)
PERSON, noun per’sn. [Latin persona; said to be compounded of per, through or by, and sonus sound; a Latin word signifying primarily a mask used by actors on the stage.]
6. Character of office.
How different is the same man from himself, as he sustains the ‘person’ of a magistrate and that of a friend.
8. In law, an artificial person is a corporation or body politic.
PER’SON, verb transitive To represent as a person; to make to resemble; to image. [Not in use.]
PER’SONAGE, noun: A man or woman of distinction; as an illustrious personage
1. Exterior appearance; stature; air; as a tall personage; a stately personage
2. Character assumed.
The Venetians, naturally grave, love to give in to the follies of such seasons, when disguised in a false personage
3. Character represented.
Some persons must be found, already known in history, whom we may make the actors and personages of this fable.
‘Individuals’ are identified as a singularly whole ‘thing’, ‘human’ or ‘person’. So by definition a Christian is neither an individual, a human being or a person. Read on….
A Christian has the characteristics of the Holy Trinity consisting of having a ‘Mind, Body and Soul’. or said another way, ‘Heart, Body and Soul. Thus, this one is not ‘undivided’ as per the definition.
Further on this point, if we are imbued with the Holy Spirit as creatures of Almighty God then our bodies are the temple of God who resides in us and is with us as the Holy Trinity. We can now consider ourselves having ‘6’ elements: 2 of the temporal (mind and body) and 4 of the divine! (soul, The Father, The Son, The Holy Spirit)
The conclusion is that a Christian is none of the above but rather is a ‘man’ or ‘woman’ imbued with the Holy Spirit sojourning upon the land in God’s kingdom. That is the jurisdiction which we operate in.
This would then be the antithesis of a ‘person’ who is a ‘resident’ and ‘citizen’, ‘doing business’ in ‘THE STATE OF OHIO’. Our use of those catch phrases or ‘legal statuses’ as they apply to us is an admission to erroneous facts (false) which has the effect of subjecting us to the penalty of being liable to a foreign jurisdiction. These ill advised confessions then become the legal nexus which ensnare us into being labeled as, and treated as, subject servants beholden to a false Babylonian god.

INDIVID’UAL, . [Latin individuus; in and dividuus, from divido, to divide.]
1. Not divided, or not to be divided; single; one; as an individual man or city.
–Under his great vicegerent reign abide
United, as one individual soul.
2. Pertaining to one only; as individual labor or exertions.
INDIVID’UAL, noun: A single person or human being. This is the common application of the word; as, there was not an individual present.
A single animal or thing of any kind. But this word, as a noun, is rarely applied except to ‘human beings’.
HUMAN BEING:
From Ballentine’s Law Dictionary, 1948 Edition. “Human Being’ is defined as follows: See ‘monster'” . From the same dictionary, ‘monster’ is defined: “A human-being by birth, but in some part resembling a lower animal.”
This sounds like an unusual definition, but like all Law Dictionaries, the definitions are extracted from actual judicial decisions and are established jurisprudence which have real meaning and substance having been derived after much consideration and prcedent. It only states that a ‘human being’ is a higher animal. Do you consider yourself a form of animal? Perhaps if you subscribed to Darwin’s theory of evolution but then, if you did, you probably wouldn’t be reading this in the first place.
It is not found anywhere in Scripture that a Christian Man or Woman is an animal or part of the animal kingdom. This being the case, then what exactly is a ‘human being’?
From the Oxford New English Dictionary of 1901, ‘human’ is defined as, ‘3. Belonging or relative to man as distinguished from God or superhuman beings; pertaining to the sphere or faculties of man (with implication of limitation or inferiority); mundane; secular. (Often opposed to divine.)’
‘Secular’ being the important word here, we look to the multi-definitions in the 1992 Random House Webster’s College Dictionary: “Secular’ adj. 1. of or pertaining to worldly things or to things not regarded as sacred: temporal. 2. not relating to or concerned with religion (opposed to sacred). 3. concerned with non-religious subjects. 4. not belonging to a religious order: not bound by monastic vows.”
Could it be that ‘human’ means un-Godly? From the same dictionary, a look at a combination of the two:
‘Secular humanism’ n. any set of beliefs that promotes human values without specific allusion to religious doctrines.” And, ‘secularism’ n. 1. secular spirit or tendency, esp. a system of political or social philosophy that rejects all forms of religious faith or worship. 2. the view that public education and other matters of civil policy should be conducted without the influence of religious beliefs.”
So when someone calls me, or refers to me as;
– a person
– an individual
– a human
I would respectfully object and correct the record to say that I am:
– a divine child of God, a sacred man upon the land, HIS holy temple, a sojourning pilgrim put upon God’s kingdom to serve HIM and no other.
I stand on the fact that I ‘am’ divine. My body is the Holy Temple of God. That is sacred. I am sacred. I was divinely inspired in my creation. I was created to serve a divine purpose. Thus, being created to live a life of divine purpose as an instrument or vessel I disavow any assumption or presumption that I am anything other than ‘sacred’.
“For thou art an holy people unto the Lord thy God:
the Lord thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself,
above all people that are upon the face of the earth.”
Deuteronomy 7:6-9
